Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with stickers, tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

For easy and simple returns, please contact us at support@rigwalife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

RIGWA LIFE has a 30 day return policy, valid from the day you received your items. This policy includes any manufacturing defects or product issues during normal and correct use of product(s).

Please note there will not be any refunds or returns for normal wear and tear, like dings, dents, and scratches. No refunds or returns will be offered for misuse of the product. Please read packaging material for open/close instructions and product restrictions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 

For simplicity, RIGWA LIFE offers "refunds" rather than "exchanges". This way you can re-order any product you want, and at any time you want. Just go to www.rigwalife.com to start a new order.

To return products, here is what you need to do:

Step 1: Put unused products into original packaging.

Step 2: Email support@rigwalife to request a return Shipping Label. 

*Please include your order # in your email to create return Shipping Label.

Step 3: Ship original items back using Shipping Label provided.

Step 4: You will be issued a refund once items are received and inspected.

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
